Kiran Print Pack closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Kiran Print Pack Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
