Grovy India Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
