Soma Textiles closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results declaration

Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
