Omega Ag-Seeds restricts insider trading ahead of September 2026 financial results

Omega Ag-Seeds (Punjab) Limited will close its trading window for insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, starting October 1, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, with the closure lasting until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
