Eveready Industries closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Eveready Industries India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, BSE Limited, and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
