Lloyds Enterprises Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board of Directors meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
