Laurus Labs Limited will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing.
