GHV Infra Projects appoints Tawade, Aggarwal, and Dasgupta as independent directors

GHV Infra Projects Limited, formerly known as Sindu Valley Technologies Limited, said its shareholders approved the appointment of Dhanraj Onduji Tawade, Manoj Aggarwal, and Swarup Dasgupta as independent directors for a five-year term, effective August 10, 2026, to August 9, 2031, at the company’s 49th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026. The company also announced that Mrs. Husena Madam, previously a member of the promoter group, has been reclassified as a public shareholder.
