Raghuvansh Agrofarms appoints Akhilesh Dwivedi as Independent Director for five years

Raghuvansh Agrofarms Ltd. informed the BSE that shareholders approved the appointment of Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi as a Non-Executive Independent Director at the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026. Dwivedi, a retired Wing Commander from the Indian Air Force, will serve for five consecutive years, commencing from September 25, 2026, until the Annual General Meeting in 2031.
