Afloat Enterprises will restrict trading for insiders following financial results release

Afloat Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons, including directors, promoters, designated employees, and insiders, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with its code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
