Justo Realfintech will restrict trading for insiders until after financial results are released

Justo Realfintech Limited, formerly Justo Realfintech Private Limited, will close its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
