Choksi Asia Limited, formerly known as Choksi Imaging Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
