Chemiesynth (Vapi) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with a board meeting to approve the financial statements scheduled on or before November 14, 2026.
