Regent Enterprises closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Regent Enterprises Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
