Amal Ltd will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Friday, October 16, 2026, to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd. Trading window for securities of the company will be closed from October 01, 2026, to October 18, 2026, both days inclusive, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
