Sunshield Chemicals closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Sunshield Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
