Knack Packaging closes securities trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Knack Packaging Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
