Goodyear India Limited will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code of conduct.
