EL Forge Limited closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results release

EL Forge Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
