Reliance Chemotex Industries will halt trading from October 1, 2026, per SEBI regulations

Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd. will close its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration or announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
