Inspirisys Solutions Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and year-to-date ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct.
