Visaka Industries halts securities trading ahead of Q2/H1 2026 results release

Visaka Industries Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, for individuals covered by the company’s insider trading code, in connection with the finalization and declaration of audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after submission to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
