Organic Recycling Systems replaces CEO Yashas Bhand following Nepal natural calamity

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd. announced the cessation of Yashas Bhand as Whole-time Director and CEO, effective September 24, 2026, due to unforeseen circumstances related to a natural calamity in Nepal. The company also appointed Janaki Sarang Bhand as a Director liable to retire by rotation and issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 18th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, withdrawing a resolution concerning Yashas Bhand’s reappointment and substituting it with a resolution for Janaki Sarang Bhand’s appointment.
