Anuroop Packaging Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s. A Sachdev & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting and continuing until the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting. The appointment follows the resignation of M/s. Banka & Banka, Chartered Accountants, effective August 14, 2026, due to pre-occupation with other assignments.
