Arihant Superstructures shareholders re-appointed Mr. Shah and altered director designations

Arihant Superstructures Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that shareholders at the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nimish Shah and approved changes in designation for Mr. Parth Chhajer and Mr. Bhavik Chhajer, both moving from Whole-time Director to Joint Managing Director, and the regularization of appointment of Dr. Raghuveer Singh Rajpurohit as a non-executive Independent Director.
