Emmbi Industries closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Emmbi Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for directors, promoters, key managerial personnel, other designated persons, and specified connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
