Mantra Capital’s Deepa Tracy receives allotment of equity shares following warrant conversion

Mantra Capital Limited, formerly known as Savani Financials Limited, announced the conversion of 15,00,000 warrants into 15,00,000 equity shares and their allotment to Mrs. Deepa Kishor Tracy, the Promoter and Managing Director, on September 24, 2026, following approval by the company's board of directors. The conversion, pursuant to a preferential issue, involved a consideration of Rs 1,50,00,000, and will increase the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 37,38,62,240.
