Bata India closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Bata India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
