Healthy Life Agritec Limited will seek shareholder approval for a rights issue of up to Rs 5,000 lakhs to eligible equity shareholders as on a record date to be determined, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on September 24, 2026, with a board meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026, to finalize the terms, including the rights issue price and entitlement ratio, pending in-principle approval from BSE Limited.
