Indokem shareholders re-appointed directors, including Mr. Arupkumar Basu, for three years

Indokem Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Asha Mahendra Khatau as Director, liable to retire by rotation, and Mr. Arupkumar Basu as Managing Director for a further period of 3 years effective September 29, 2026, to September 28, 2029. Additionally, Mr. Manish M. Khatau was re-appointed as Whole-time Director for a period of three consecutive years with effect from March 01, 2027 to February 28, 2030, at the company’s 60th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026.
