Atal Realtech closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

Atal Realtech Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all directors, officers, designated persons, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
