Revathi Equipment India Limited, formerly Renaissance Corporate Consultants Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
