Yashhtej Industries closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Yashhtej Industries (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
