Quick Heal closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results release

Quick Heal Technologies Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results will be announced separately.
