Indo Cotspin Limited informed the BSE Limited that it will close the trading window for its Designated Persons, Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider and declare the results will be announced later.
