Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, insiders and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
