Kolte-Patil Developers closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
