Earkart Limited forms SkillNest Educations Private Limited to enter education services

Earkart Limited, formerly known as “Earkart Private Limited,” announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, “SkillNest Educations Private Limited,” with an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 100,000, to expand and diversify its business operations into education-related services. The company will subscribe to 9,999 equity shares, with one share held by Mr. Rahul Salesha as a nominee, and the incorporation requires approval from the Registrar of Companies.
