Oswal Pumps closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

Oswal Pumps Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its designated persons, including promoters, directors, and key managerial personnel, will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
