Hindustan Motors Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
