Gratex Industries will halt trading for insiders following SEBI regulations in late 2026

Gratex Industries Limited will close its trading window for directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
