Golden Crest Education & Services Limited informed the BSE and CSE that it will close its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, designated persons, and their relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The company has also updated information on the CDSL portal restricting trading by freezing the PAN of designated individuals at the security level (INE222U01010), as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD -PoD -2/P /CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.
