Dhruv Consultancy Services halts trading ahead of Q2/H1 financial results release

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, in connection with the finalization and approval of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are disseminated to the stock exchanges.
