Swojas Foods converts warrants, increasing equity share capital with Onelife Capital Advisors participation

Swojas Foods Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the conversion of 24,25,000 warrants into an equal number of equity shares, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 45,86,33,120 consisting of 4,58,63,312 equity shares to Rs 48,28,83,120 consisting of 4,82,88,312 equity shares. The conversion, involving warrants held by Non-Promoters including Onelife Capital Advisors Limited, resulted in the allotment of 24,25,000 equity shares for a total payment of Rs 3,00,09,375.
