Indian Overseas Bank announced that it has paid Rs 45,40,10,000 in annual interest on its BASEL III Tier - II Bonds Series III (INE565A08035), with an issue size of Rs 500 crore, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange Ltd. on September 24, 2026.
