Mazda closes trading window for insiders pending second quarter financial results

Mazda Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its promoters, directors, and designated persons will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026.
