Industrial Designs & Services acquires 5,000 shares in Alfa Transformers through market transactions

Alfa Transformers Limited disclosed that Industrial Designs & Services Pvt. Ltd. purchased 5,000 equity shares for Rs 1,65,531.12, and Dillip Kumar Das, a director, acquired 2,000 equity shares for Rs 66,108.04, on September 21, 2026, through market transactions, resulting in Industrial Designs & Services Pvt. Ltd. holding 39,6283 shares representing 4.33% and Dillip Kumar Das holding 15,87099 shares representing 17.34% of the company.
