Oswal Leasing closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Oswal Leasing Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, becomes generally available.
