Augmont Enterprises will halt securities trading from October 1, 2026, per SEBI regulations

Augmont Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Augmont Enterprises Private Limited, will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, and reopen 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited or audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
