Voltamp Transformers closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Voltamp Transformers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for directors, promoters, members of the promoter group, designated employees, their relatives, and specified connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
